The fabulous staff, prime location and basic double rooms. Breakfast was freshly prepared and the bed was nice. There was a relaxing restaurant, the markets and shopping centre next door. The beach nearby was lovely and the view was breathtaking.

I enjoyed this hotel, it was attractive. Perfect breakfast and staff was outstandingly accommodating. I slept so comfy in the fine bed. Excellent service and a good pool onsite.
-
Planned to see Birmingham major attractions and it was fabulous base for visiting all of them.
Cannot find any fault!

The place was unbelievable, fairly clean, had wonderful location and staff.

Perfect service and CARING staff. Pretty spacious and immaculate room with bright bathroom. With quick check-in and late check-out, this hotel was hip new.
-
It was a pleasant experience in a luxurious hotel. The venue's staff and food were second to none. I appreciated a smart decor and modern furniture.
-
It was worth its 4 stars. We truly enjoyed food and location - just very good. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Marco Pierre White. Also, free Wi Fi was provided.
-
Good location, close to lots of local restaurants and shops and it was clean

Fabulous views, we did not want to leave.
We greatly enjoyed it and we would stay here again without hesitation. Staff and views were really fab. The bed was comfortable, the room was large.
-
Staff r not friendly especially manager was rudely awoken for a fire drill at 9:00am and had to stand in the cold and pouring rain across the road from the building for 30 mins I would not recommend this hotel to any 1

The night receptionist was really helpful, and very well natured
The day receptionist was rude and assumed as we were yound we were staying to get drunk, we were put in one of the only two rooms under the champagne lounge where the receptionist knew a private party was taking place until 2:30am. Loud music prevented us from sleeping, we were not warned prior about the noise issue we would be facing!.. Shocking customer serice!
-
nothing, rooms to small, never seen so much lime colour in one place, wine in the room you would not give to a mad person, it was a discrace,,, it took 30 mins to get through to reception and the room service, you had no salmon, its very poor, you had reception ringing my room at midnight while i was a sleep , i had travelled for 72 hours, just no thought into a lot of the things that should make my stay better, people knocking on my door at 2 am asking me my wife was in reception,im not even married
i came to see if i would move my staff from hyatt to stay with you and was very disapointed in it all, i will be takeing legal action to get my money back,as im not happy, but my solicitor will contact you unless you can arrange that

We came back to our room on our check out day to find it being cleaned before we had packed our belongings up and checked out!
